Long story short, I have a small number of people who want to invest in a business I started. (I already run a successful biz somewhat small and I want to add a second location in the more affluent area)

Any idea how this works.

For example, let's say a man who offers to put 10k dollars to help start up the financial world. What is the transaction model which will be discussed in as much as an incentive for him to invest in the first place?

How do these deals? The man gives me 30k dollars and pay him back $ 35k? Do they keep their money in and get some% during a certain period of time? What happens if the tanks were the world of finance?

I'm sure that there are several options, some simple and some involved more, but any information i can get this would be a great help. Thank you.

The plan is to establish a location in a richer, take advantage of the popularity of sport in my special moment but to make it more diluted basis, the commercial version of my current gym. Instead of competition and training the militants to be more emphasis on health and fitness. Instead of having a bunch of fighters sweaty hanging in the gym hitting very well be using the equipment used there would be a good staff only professional and venue to be pristine Oorqy equipment. There will be essentially a kind-hearted group categories instead of learning how to really fight for the competition.
