How do you get reputation?

Go to someone's profile (click their name) and there's a green or red number somehwere. It says "add user reputation." now click that, and a window pops up. Choose 1 of 3 choices:Plus rep, neutral, minus rep. Choice one of those whom you wish to rep the user. Now type a comment that you want to say about the user, and click add reputation. You just added a reputation!
And to get reputation, you could add rep to alot of users, and they may add rep to you. Or if your friendly and like the same things, that's a plus also. But avoid spamming too much or trying to make a plan to destroy us. You'll get minus rep and a possible ban. You don't want that do you.

I am new login person. i like this forum it is more important in my life because it teach the developed the personality and how we can gate our reputation.We could add rep to alot of the user and they may add rep to you.
