Ok. When I came back and started making maps, they started to lag and crash. I made smaller ones, yet they still lagged. They had no objects, therefore I think the waypoints are the problem. I haven't changed my waypointing techniques since I left, and before, they never lagged. So I need some tips on how to improve the waypoints.
Has there been any change on your techniques on something other than waypoints?
Does it only lag and crash once or does it crash multiple times?
If you answer me, i might just be able to help you. And a screenshot would be nice too. Help me help you, they say.
Oh and if i was you i'd delete the other thread with the same name than this one.
Tips?
First Rule of Waypoints- AI is eternally stupid. Leave plenty of room for them to move around. Don't think that they'll be able to do things that the Player can.
Follow that well and you shouldn't crash much.

It depends. On some maps, it just automatically crashes. Then, if I change it, it might lag a few times, then crash. Then there are other maps that are just fine, and lag once or twice. But since all those maps are small, I think that it has to have something to do with waypoints.
How about your overall technique? Has it changed?
And you mind giving me a general description of the maps that crash and the maps that don't?
